New Membership Process & Requirements:

Submit the following to IAOR:

• IAOR APPLICATION ( Member Application or Affliate Application )
• COPY OF REAL ESTATE LICENSE
• LETTER OF GOOD STANDING FROM PRIMARY OR PREVIOUS ASSOCIATION
• IAOR required membership fees (see below)

Once your membership is approved by IAOR, you will be contacted by the MLS Provider with your login credentials.

* If an agent wants to join the MLS, the principal broker must also join.
* If you already belong to another board, you are not required to join the IAOR - You can join as MLS Participant only.

Please Note: Idyllwild Association of Realtors (IAOR) and RealtyPro Solutions (MLS Provider) bill seperately for their services (see below).

   ADMIN FEE - $450.00
   ANNUAL BOARD DUES - $160.00 (prorated bi-annually after June 30th)
   MEMBERSHIP QUARTERLY DUES - $165.00 (prorated by month only)

AGENT:
   ADMIN FEE - $150.00
   ANNUAL BOARD DUES - $65.00 (prorated bi-annually after June 30th)
   MEMBERSHIP QUARTERLY DUES - $165.00 (prorated by month only)

   ADMIN FEE - $600.00
   MEMBERSHIP QUARTERLY DUES - $165.00 (prorated by month only)

AGENT:
   ADMIN FEE - $300.00

SUPRA $60.00 ONE TIME PROCESSING FEE, other fees vary depending on options. Billed through Supra. If you currently have a Supra account, we can add our district as cooperating at no additional cost.

The MLS Provider (RealtyPro Solutions) bills separately for service and support of www.realtypromls.com

• One Time Setup fee for new offices. . . . $250  (Waived for appraisers if 1st time signing up)
• Monthly Fee for brokers/agents. . . . . .  $17/month  (prorated Jan-Jun and Jul-Dec) w/ $25 min. per office/month)
• Monthly Fee for Appraisers. . . . . . . . . $14.95/month (prorated Jan-Jun and Jul-Dec)
