Professional Services
If you provide professional services that are real estate related (i.e. lenders, appraisers, title/escrow, cleaning, repairs, inspections, insurance, new construction, etc.), we invite you to become an affiliate member of IAOR. The annual fee for affiliate membership is $100. As an affiliate, you receive the following benefits:
- Free business listing and advertising on this website with contact info., logo, and link to your company website.
- Listing on our "Vendor Roster" available at the board office & given to new home owners at close of escrow.
- Networking opportunities (general meetings, lunchons, continuing education, and other IAOR sponsored events)
- Opportunities to promote your services in person at general meetings.
- Access to MLS data (optional for an additional fee)
- Participation in our annual "Affiliation Appreciate Party" held just for affiliates.
IDX Vendors
If you are an IDX Vendor that provides IDX services, you may obtain a RETS or Web API Data feed which allows you to display MLS listings on office and agent IDX websites. There is an annual fee of $250 (+$125 for Sold Listings). There is no cost to MLS participants for IDX, and there is no additional cost (per website) for IDX Vendors. All RETS feeds are managed by the MLS Provider using the following procedure:- Contact the MLS Provider (RealtyPro Solutions) to request a data feed by Email or by calling 1 800 992-8045.
Note: You must obtain an approved IDX Authorization for each MLS participant to whom you provide services. - MLS Provider will send a Data Content Agreement to you (the IDX Vendor) by docusign.
- Once the agreement is signed, MLS Provider will setup the data feed, email an invoice, and email your RETS credentials.
